Katherine's work, ‘You're Late’! - Peregrine family, was selected as one of the 35 finalists in the 2021 Holmes Art Prize for Excellence in Realistic Australian Bird Art and subsequently received an Award of Excellence at the opening night in Mary Cairncross Reserve, Maleny QLD.
The Holmes Art Prize, commenced in 2015 as a result of Dr Gary Holmes' passion for the promotion of avian art in Australia. This year the exhibition will be held in Maleny, Queensland from the 18th November 2021.
