The Holmes Art Prize is an initiative of Dr Gary Holmes, a private collector of realistic Australian bird art.
Katherine's piece, 'Final Approach' - White-bellied sea eagle (watercolour-gouache on claybord), was one of only four pieces to win an Award of Excellence in 2019.
Katherine was the winner of the Holmes Art Prize for Excellence in Realist Bird Art 2015 and a Finalist in 2016.
